River Valley is in no matter what? If they win, they will be #5 or #6. If they lose, they will be #7

Wheelersburg is about the only one in the area that could get to the Final Four. Valley is in a tough region. Trimble, Alexander and Zane Trace are not capable to getting out of their regions. Each might win a game or two.
