Can someone tell me what travel teams some of the top players play for? ill watch for them when umping this fall and summer.

whats up with oakhills softball program? 2 or 3 years ago i watched thier junior high and thought they would dominate for at least a couple years

some do look at stats but I have been there and i remember a time when i pushed for a senior to get votes, wasnt our best player but at the time i felt she deserved it since she was a senior. thinking about it now, man that wasnt the right thing to do.

I was happy to make it to this one, great game! The Lady Pirates should be proud.

I don't find it a bit confusing. We all know there are kids who are deserving that get bumped by a coaches kid, their favorite player or someone with some type of connection to the school. I coached years ago, I have been to the meetings, its not always coaches voting for who they have seen or belie...

unfortunately this shows the weakness of the schedule the ironladies played this season

Definitely can't argue with those 3 and Hughes from Oak Hill. Wolfenbarker also plays SS/2B as anyone of these girls can play anywhere. Last heard, all 4 of these girls have hit 7-10 HRs each while, I'm assuming, carrying a .500+ avg. Not to mention their RBIs. Would definitely like to know those #...

Exactly!! Let these kids play ball! We done a better job at getting games in during junior high season! This is varsity softball and no one wants to play if its a bit wet!! I enjoyed watching that oakhill jr high team play a couple years ago those guys coaching done a good job nice bunch of talent ...

we sub in our varsity bench, JV is present at all varsity games but we do not play them in varsity games or scrimmages

What are everyones predictions on the OVC this year?

play to win. scrimmags are to get your team ready for the season. we play a scrimmge how we will play a regular season game.

There are factors that we take into consideration. Sunny and 40 with little wind is tolerable but cloudy windy and 48 i feel is not.
