So tonight's game with SP traveling to Coal Grove determines who ties for first place in the OVC. This depends on a loss of RH to Fairland as well. IF SP can win they take a share with Fairland and knock CG out. It's BIG game for the Hornets and Pointers this evening.

Coal Grove is the only OVC school sponsored softball team besides SP. Both have baseball now too.

Actually there is no POY in the OVC there is not a vote to determine and no award is given. But I would say the Music kid from Coal Grove. Last night he made his 500th rebound plus he may be able to reach the 1000 point club by the end of the season.

Players on the KY roster can play in the game regardless of grade. But the number of quarters played goes by Ohio rules if the game is played in Ohio. And yes that did happen at the Asland/ SP game.

South Point has added softball as well as baseball as a school sponsored sport for Spring 2019.
