I really have a problem with Portsmouth possibly being the number 1 team in southern ohio,because they beat Chilli twice,this team has lost 6 games ,and only beat a Gallia Academy team by 12 points at Gallia.On the other end of the spectrum,the Panthers beat Gallia by 38 points at Gallia.The Panther...
