Get off it. Let’s talk about the game between West high school and Wheelersburg high school.

Back to the game Wheelersburg takes care of West and hopefully gets ready for a possible return trip to Chillicothe week 12.

I would say it’s gonna be nice to not have to hear all the negative comments about Wheelersburg after this week but all those jealous trolls are gonna be lurking waiting for Wheelersburg to slip up just the slightest and they’ll be there ready to pounce. Unless it’s a healthy passing game for West I don’t see this one being that close.

Wheelersburg ran 30 offensive plays to West’s 10 in the second half and taking a guess but I’d say West was held to under 20 total yards in the second half.

I know the man has since passed but I never really liked Skip Hickman at Portsmouth.

Surprisingly there’s not a lot of talk about this game. I see this game being much like last year possibly worse if West sustained some key injuries in that WCC game. We could possibly see a rematch next week depending upon how things shake out in the region.

As much smack as Wheelersburg talked in the forum about how bad of a team Oak Hill is and how Wheelersburg would roll all over them, I think Oak Hill did pretty well holding them to a 31 point lead.
