I would also like to elaborate on the good sportsmanship. In a game with that much hype, that competative and in that atmosphere I didn't notice one time anyone running their mouths, cheap shots, no type of look at me type celebrations. Quite the opposite, both teams were helping their opponents up,...

I've been critical of officials in the past but I thought last nights crew did a nice job. They let both teams play and we're consistent, if it wasn't a penalty in the first quarter it wasn't going to be called in the 4th quarter.

I don't think anyone on waverlys schedule could play with jackson. Burg played what was arguably one of Zane traces best teams ever last year and we know how that turned out. I haven't seen waverly but it sounds like both teams are pretty similar, looking forward to a good game.

What kind of depth does waverly have as far as how many go both ways? Burg wears teams out because they only have a couple kids that go full time offense and D

Too much attention is being paid to the Name of the school and not the Players that represent the School. East has players that would start on any team in this area(including burg).
