Keyser is such a mismatch for teams. His body control is so smooth for a kid his height. He seems like he’d be a matchup nightmare for just about anyone in the area. Does Fairland have anyone who’s a good matchup for him?

FAC middle school boys finals will be played Friday night in Jackson. Both Jackson teams advanced to the finals. 7th grade will host Hillsboro. 8th grade will play Miami Trace.

Jackson 7th grade won the FAC regular season title. Miami Trace and Jackson were co-champs in 8th grade. The middle school tournament will take place this coming week.

I am either not understanding the situation or I am missing something, but I have not been to a freshman game the entire season. Do teams still play freshman games? Warren is a wonderful school in almost every sport, except football. If they were in the TVC, even their football would be head and shoulders above the competition. I just don’t see why the TVC would invite in a team that would instantly be the dominant team in every sport.

If your best player isn’t your hardest worker, you’re destined to fall short of a team’s potential. I love watching how hard the Minford guard plays. And it’s pretty obvious when SW’s star takes possessions off.
