I hate to be that old guy, but I don’t like it. I think they should have left it alone. Also, the Clark’s pump N Shop on the entrance ugly.

https://www.rio.edu/jobs-opportunities Posting wants college experioence. There will be 1,000 applicants with some college experience for that job. And the posting hasn't even hit FootballScoop yet. Unless somebody has a good "in" with the people making the call at Rio, no HS coach ...

Haven't had a 5 loss season since 02, and only 3 since 1971 lol. don't foresee that happening this year Yea BUT burg has shown us they cant beat ironton prep or jackson consistently, and Cincy MC will probably get em this year and the P west game is at P West I feel good about 5 and 5 cause its con...

Re: Rio Grande Bringing Back Football
It would be great to see someone local get this job that could really recruit Southeast Ohio kids. It would be a benefit to be familiar with the schools you are recruiting.

Re: Burg releases their 24 schedule: projecting the regular season.
Irontons program would still be about the same level as the vass yrs without all the recruits. It’s a little embarrassing that ironton fans refuse to admit it. Wrong, The 2003 Ironton senior class won at every level from jr high and up. 7 Homegrown Tigers earned football scholarships from that clas...

Re: Oak Hill Declines TVC Offer: Remains in SOC
Lots of chatter about the SOC wanting to add a team/school. Portsmouth makes the most sense, but it won’t happen. You also have to wonder if Portsmouth wants it to happen right now? Travel wise sure it makes sense. However, Portsmouth is imo the top 2 maybe 3 in the OVC now with Ironton out. They’v...

Re: Burg releases their 24 schedule: projecting the regular season.
5-5 would get all the burg recruiters fired. Burgs NIL just took a hit. $100,000 just used for a new softball field for the 2 time defending champs. You win at the burg your rewarded. 6-4, 7-3 doesn’t cut it at the burg. Burgs a state power softball school now. Burg NIL 😂 might be the funniest thin...

Re: Gallia Academy 2024
What are you talking about? Someone above rated the entire team as an F in all positions, I was going off of that. This was more for calling for this coaches head if the team is as bad as some say. When did I say something negative about teenagers. Im assuming you were on an Ironton thread hating on...
