Vinton County now has to travel to Zanesville and play winner of Dover/Dresden Tri Valley. Tri Valley is the #1 Seed and Dover is the #5 seed. Have no knowledge of what Tri Valley or Dover have but I am sure they will give Vinton County all they want.
