I look for him to bring energy to the program. Couple of "transfers" that moved in will help the program out. After this year, I look for them to fall back into the bottom of the conference.

Only person I can see is Travis Bradford or Blanton but Bradford is more the logical pick here. If Cole wants it, then they will give it to him due to him pretty much being in the SW system.

Maybe some assistants from other schools may apply. I don't see a head coach from another school applying but I could be wrong. If this job opened up during the summer, then this would be a Very Very Good Job.

I do agree and usually it goes by record according to years past.

Fairfield Leesburg is not a 7 and still confused on why you have Western & East over ND, when ND beat Western twice and East once. I can see SW over ND due to them winning head to head. You say ND had a bad loss to SV, but East had a bad loss to St. Joe and ND ha beat St. Joe x2.

I personally do not think Western is an 8 seed.
