Yes 1-9 could win district. Any team can be beat on any given in this sectional. It's all about match ups, I wonder if any coaches will vote themselves a certain seed to get a favorable matchup that they like.

I agree with Mailman, beating East @ East by 18 who beat SW looks good on their resume. Also, beating @Western who has beat East, Eastern and Peebles looks pretty good also. Tons of basketball left but to me there isn't much of a gap between 1-8.

I do agree with your seeding, the only thing is as we all know, seedings usually go by your record. This may hurt SW due to them playing in the big school conference. I vote CO-Backs of the year. Kasyer and Brown. Both players are valuable. If East does not have Brown, I highly doubt they have a winning record and if ND does not have Kayser, they only get 3 or 4 wins. Both backs do it all for their team, so there is no way you can pick one back over the other.

the way I saw the points is ND maxout loss was I think a 12.09 and if FCA won it was 12.19 and bishop was at a 12.2 or so. Wouldn't that put FCA and bishop in but nd out?
