Thoughts? I think these are two of the worst teams in SE Ohio.

Last season was largely a disappointment for Shenandoah. I don't see much improvement for this year. They are putting all of their eggs in next year's basket, from what I hear.

I completely agree. I heard Frontier looked like a mediocre JV team. Can't anoint Shenandoah as anything special yet.

Caldwell will experience a few bumps with the new coach, but they won't be as bad as some on here think. Fort Frye will go undefeated in the league.

Shenandoah will be better, but I can't see more than 5 wins on their schedule.

This one won't be close. Shenandoah will play everyone in a lopsided win.

It is almost always better to have a teacher coaching a team. I agree that a teacher with little to no experience with a sport probably shouldn't trump an outsider with a great deal of experience and/or success. Shenandoah has apparently hired a new basketball coach? Someone from Lima, I heard.

I think the PVC is trying to add schools, but hasn't had any luck.

From what I remember about Shenandoah's Field, there is no way it would stand up to ten games (plus maybe Jr. High and biddy league). It would be a quagmire. Maybe the Noble County Schools should team up and build a nice turf field somewhere.

I think you may be being a bit generous with Shenandoah second in the PVC this year. They are a year away most likely.
