Re: Rio Grande inks two Southern athletes

Well Regulator, you just read something from Coach Lemley from Southern. I'm not familiar with Coach, but I've seen Southern have success in the past few years. You listed a few highly respected coaches that don't post on here (that we know of), well Coach Lemley has my respect due to his success in...

Re: Hale struggles, but gets a save in first outing of the year

Nice showing from Jake in his first start this season. The three runs came off a 3 run homerun, he pitched 5 other scoreless innings. Sounds like he may have impressed the scouts in attendance with his performance. Good job Jake!

Re: Hale struggles, but gets a save in first outing of the year

He has been hurt up until this point. Nothing serious just a little sorness in his arm. I'm not quite sure why Ohio State is still using him in the relief pitching role. He was their closer last year...was even leading the big ten in saves, but was never really comfortable with the role I feel. They...

Jake Hale and Brad Grimm were as goos as it gets as far as pitching. Jake had all the tools and Brad just had the toughness. I loved playing with both of them. Chadwell was a great player as well, he's probably the best all around player the past few years. Cory Bean was a great catcher. Worked very...

Rocky is worth every worship he gets. When he hit that homerun at Pain Stadium when they were taking infield I died laughing because I knew that's what he was going for. He tried to act like it was no big deal, but I could tell he was on cloud nine...plus I hear he has some sweet inkwork on his arms.

I've seen students get kicked out of games for less than what this guy was doing. If you have any kind of athletic director at all, he will handle the student section and refs won't have to become involved. I don't think it was just the yelling that got this man ejected on Saturday. I think it was t...

I noticed you as soon as I walked into the gymnasium bucking red. I made a comment to my friend in the 1st quarter that "The guy in the green hooded sweatshirt won't make it until the end of the game." You have passion, but man you need to tame it down. You were out of your seat yelling on...

I think the most dominating player I've seen in the TVC (granted I'm still young) is Nick Morey. He was a man amongst boys out there.

To name a few from Alexander:

Rick White (The story starts and ends right there. Probably the best player to ever come out of Alex)
Mike Bobo (All time leading scorer)
Justin Brooks
Eric Gabriel
Thomas Haskell
Steve Brown
Jake Hale
Mike Chapman
Tyler Thomas
