Portsmouth is playing in BOTH leagues this year -- the SEOAL and the OVC. They were only able to play two, I think it was, non-league games this year due to this scheduling.

They are talking about is Tom Barrick, the former head coach from Wheelersburg who stepped down after the 2012-2013 basketball season. He is an assistant this year at Portsmouth East. I don't believe he ever helped out at Valley last year.

It may be close for the first half and I'm saying Peebles up 8-10 points at the half. Second half will be all Peebles and they pull away and win by 20.

My guess is that they will move the Division IV Finals to Sunday also and play four games that day. Hope that's the case.

You also have to divide the districts up by Divisions too. I don't believe there are any Division 1 schools in District 14 so it is just three divisions II, III, and IV. Eastern Meigs is not in District 14..... Even Oak Hill isn't in 14. I'm pretty sure that district - not sure what number that is -...
