Howie is not going to Meigs. He won't coach anything about DIV because he have a much better chance of getting out of sectional and districts in DIV than any other division.

I think anyone can apply at anytime. Doesn't mean anyone has to go forward with it though. When I job is vacated it has to be posted according the union negotiated contract. And since it is open then it has to be posted. Yes people can apply at anytime but they can't be interviewed until the job is...

From what I here they are interviewing next week. Don't know how since no one can find where the job was posted! lol
