Re: 2019 SOC 1
Their CB numbers for this year would make one think this is not entirely true. 31 is one of the highest in DIII.ManitouDan2 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 11, 2019 11:00 am I really laughed at " pulled a Burg" .. what total nonsense . Burgs softball talent is largely , maybe exclusively home grown. Really a stupid , jealous comment.

Re: 2018 Season Stats
My daughter's school has multiple coaches, most are volunteers. None have a daughter on the team. One of the coaches keeps the stats all year long. No stats are released until the team is out of the tourney or the spring banquet, which ever comes last. But, like anything else some things are subjec...

Re: Tate Martell Transfering
Unlike every other position on the field there is only one spot for a QB, when schools sign one every year and redshirt some you end up with 4,5,and sometimes 6 QBs on the roster. Not everyone is going to get to play. I for one am happy to have running backs run and QBs pass. I liked Burrow but Hask...

Re: 2018 OHSAA State Final Football Games Attendance Down
Are football and softball the only State Finals that aren’t held in Columbus every year? Cross country - Hebron (old National Trails speedway site) Tennis - Cincinnati (indoor) Mason (outdoor) Volleyball - Dayton (Wright St) Swimming - Canton McKinley Lacrosse - Delaware (Ohio Wesleyan) Softball is...

Re: Haskins
He is a soph, first year starter who broke almost every single season big ten passing record. He is accurate with touch and arm strength. He is not a polished senior who has seen it all, but his potential is high. He looked pretty mobile last night to me. I think NW thinks so.
Re: 2019 SHAC
IMO Manchester was the most improved team in the SHAC last year. They got better all year long.

Re: Slow am at work , so a word about getting recruited .
No athletic money at DIII, but ways around that. I would suggest NAIA over DIII for many reasons. Money, seems to be a lot more school choices than before, and they are not governed by the same recruiting rules as NCAA. 4 years of playing in 5 year period. Make the most of it academically if you ca...

Re: Slow am at work , so a word about getting recruited .
With the new contact rule changes going to camps is even more of a must if you want the coaches to know you are interested. Everyone's goal seems to be D1 and I guess it should be, but don't dismiss D2,3, and NAIA. There is a lot of money and opportunity to play at all levels. Extending your playing...
Re: 2019 SHAC
Should be a three team race. Eastern, Fairfield , and Peebles return most of their teams. Fayetteville lost alot but should still be competitive.
