I think the top 6 spots could go in any order. This is definatly going to be the most balanced the league has been in years. Last year Westfall had 3 losses and won the league. I think this year the winner may have 4.

I have to agree that Evan Legg is POY. He does it so quietly as well. Tonight I would have never guessed he had 18 pts. Seems to be a very knowledgeable kid as well on the basketball court. I would have to give Coach Hoops the COY honors.

Southeastern pulled off a tough game tonight against Piketon to win the SVC 8th grade championship. It was a close game throughout. Congrats to Coach Hice and the Panthers on a great tourney.

the day ended up with 4 very lopsided wins. Piketon won big as did Zane Trace. Monday should be an exciting night of basketball with 4 really good teams trying to make the finals. Good Luck to all 4 teams!

The tourney tips off Saturday morning at 10am @ Unioto with Unioto taking on Westfall. SE #4 seed, will take on #5 Huntington at 11:15. Piketon, the 2 seed will then take on Adena at 12:30. The last game of the day will be between #3 Zane Trace and #6 Paint Valley. Good Luck to all the teams!
