It's week 7, they should know exactly what they're supposed to be doing. Should be the key word. You can coach and preach all you want. But understanding the game is entirely different. There are over 40 kids on that team. I guarantee you they can find 11 that know what they’re supposed to be doing...

Weight training would help somewhat. But this year i would argue that it wouldnt. And i said 85/15 beacause even though there may be a couple athletes out there that does not make them a football player.

Maybe 15% conditioning, the other 85% is lack of athletes/football players.

Piketon has kids starting that would not start on most jv teams...
