East Portsmouth Elementary is a school in the Portsmouth City Schools and is located on Harding Avenue in Sciotoville.Sciotoville Elementary Academy is part of the Sciotoville Community School and is located on Third Street in Sciotoville.So there is indeed two different elementary schools in Scioto...

It will go to 30 before 24...They may alter the no charge zone below the basket as well.If you watched any of the Men's NIT this year you would have seen the possible new rules.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that new elementary in Sciotoville part of the "Portsmouth City Schools"? Which means it's not part of Sciotoville Community/East.

Check the schools athletic website....

What was wrong with the old way?? Yeah there might have been some good old buddy stuff going on, but for the most part the brackets were what they should have been.Beyond the top two seeds does it really matter? If you go far enough you'll have to face whoever you're trying to avoid anyway.

You have to remember that the DC and NYC markets were what the Big ? was really after here...Plus two rent a victims from time to time...But the funny thing is most people in DC or NYC probably couldn't give a crap about MD.and Rutgers repectively.But they'll get the tv money no matter.
