The 4 Bracket District Winners in each of the 4 Regions are placed on the Regional bracket in a blind draw.

If there are 2 District Champions in the Southeast, the overall #1 seed is allowed to choose which spot their bracket winner will take in the Regionals.

Looking at the Ohio University Men's and Women's Schedules...it appears that best case scenario will be for the District Finals to be back at the Convo this coming year.

Most of the schools would never go for that. Travel is one of the major concerns (Western and Portsmouth Clay to South Gallia is over 80 miles one way!)
