It is almost that special time of the year, where the round-ball gets tossed out and we enjoy what is Southern Ohio basketball. While I do love football, this is by far my favorite time of the year. What are some of your favorite traditions during basketball season? Not talking about a specific team...

My pals at Western Pike tell me they are in the process of making a big-time splash hire.

Currently it’s @ East and there’s not a close second.

New Boston’s old gym took the cake, however. That balcony and step on the floor cannot be outdone.

As bbjunky stated, experience is a huge factor at the Convo. Glenwood is very talented, however, playing on that floor is such a different experience. - Court size, backdrop behind baskets, no fans near you, etc.

Glenwood has been struggling as of late. This will not be a cake-walk for them.

I still look for Glenwood to make their first Convo trip since 2000, however.

In the sectional championship games tonight at various schools, are they clearing the gym out after the first game?
Will i be able to watch the 6pm game and the 8pm game on the same ticket? Does it differ from venue to venue?

Looking forward to both games that night! Fairfield vs Glenwood should be a dandy as well.
