Looking at last year, and what teams lost who.. I would pick Oak Hill, NW, Minford (pitching?), ND, but you really can't count Burg out either. Not sure who they have returning to the mound. Claxson was dominate last year. As far as having 6th graders playing Jr high, why not?? NW has had at least ...

Those are not ND freshman girls...they are all in the 8th grade.

Anybody know of some pitching drills to teach a young pitcher a changeup? The pitcher has been trying the flip change but it is either too fast or travels about 10 feet. Any help teaching this changeup or a different changeup would be appreciated...thanks in advance.
