That bus trip is over three hours long. Chesapeake's speed should be able to contain Bunfill. But this will be a high scoring game. Since Peake has more weapons, I'll take Peake in a barn burner

If Bunfil can't play the Panthers will blow them out.

Dspy you might be a little biased as well  but what are your thoughts on a potential Peake-Fort matchup? Always thought the two would be great partners in a series down the road in either football or basketball.

If Chesapeake goes out and plays like they did when I caught them against Cola Grove, this game with or without the Barnsville running back might be a little closer then it should be.

Chesapeake just needs to play 4 quarters of focused football. LCF can attest to the fact that Chesapeake just looked out of sorts in the first half against Coal Grove. If they can put four quarters of penalty free, solid football then they have at least a chance of beating Barnesville

Be a great game where do you think it be played? Athens

Fort Frye has never won a playoff game so Centerburg is up first. I think both schools lucked out avoiding the much tougher top side of the bracket.

I agree. And I don't know if Jackson put in a bid for a playoff game, but Jackson is about an hour and a half drive for both schools and obviously a very nice facility. Chesapeake has lost its last two home playoff games (Wheelersburg and Crooksville) so it will be interesting.

Both teams just need to take care of business after losing round 1 last year.

However, this would be a different atmosphere for Barnesville. Looking at their schedule, they've only played three away games and they were all against bad teams. It will be interesting to see how they fare after a very long drive in an energetic environment for the first time all season

But good luck to Fort against Centerburg. I'd love to go to Beverly and watch this potential matchup

Yea Barnesville did lose to Buckeye Trail 54-50. Bunfil had over 300 yards but they got gassed. Not sold on the Rocks defense. Fort Frye won @ Buckeye Trail (39-0) holding them to 78 yards.

Is Bunfil a speed back or a power back? If he's a power back he'll have a day with Peake's D

I'd say he's a power back he's one of the bigger Rbs.

Bunfill is more on the power side.... He is around 220lbs but he placed in the state track meet as a long jumper. He also placed in the state wrestling tournament.

All things considered, with or without Barnesville RB, Chesapeake by 3 TD's or more.

Barnesville has proved all year they can score points.Peake as shown in the Ironton game has struggled to stop the run. If Bunfil plays and he's healthy this will be a dog fight. They just beat a good Union Local team.

If Bunfil is a full go then I expect him and McComas from Chesapeake to combine for about 500 yards on the ground.

Chesapeake 41 Barnesville with healthy Bunfil 35

Chesapeake 49 Barnesville without Bunfil 27
