Minford 35 Paint Valley 14
A pretty good Paint Valley team is coming to town this friday. I am interested to see if the improvement continues. Thoughts?

Re: Week 3 - Paint Valley @ Minford
The turnovers are a killer.
Minford can move the ball but the 5 turnovers against Oak Hill kept that game very close. Minford can stay in this game if they protect the football. If not, it could be a long night.
With no turnovers I will take Minford by a score. 2 or more turnovers and PV could control the game.
Compton is a beast at RB, but the first 2 weeks there has been nothing there off center or off the guards. Need to feed him the ball and mix up those 5-10 yard passes and we will move the ball.

I think this Minford team is coming together and will continue to improve. There were 3 INTs and with experience the QB will settle down and stop the INTs. With a new coach, new QB, and a new offensive system, we all know it takes time to evolve. Minford takes this game in an offensive shootout.

If PV's defense doesn't show improvement it could be a long night. Yes, the Williamsburg QB will prolly be the most athletic one PV sees all year but still could have defended better. The team with the last possession wins this one.

Re: Week 3 (2-0) Paint Valley @ (1-1) Minford
If Minford continues to turn the ball over and not control the interior line of scrimmage, this game could get ugly. Minford may have the best passing QB they have had in years, but it remains to be seen how they will perform against a team with a good defense.

Minford 35-14 win over undefeated Paint Valley. The Falcons looked really good tonight, they seem to be getting better each week. I think they had only 1 turnover and the O-Line seems to be jelling. At the end, Minford drove to PVs 3-yard line, put the Jvs in and let time expire. A good win and a great showing of sportsmanship.

Congrats on a good win.
Really was hoping the Bearcats would be able to win.

According to Google Maps, it isn't. It's a little west (maybe a minute) of the high school on the Blain Highway. If you go onto satellite view in Google Maps, you can find it.LICKING COUNTY FAN wrote:Is the stadium at the High school(Huntington)?

When you come to the intersection of 772 go straight, the football field entrance will be about a half of a mile on Blaine Hwy on the left.LICKING COUNTY FAN wrote:Is the stadium at the High school(Huntington)?
