It's pretty dumb to do a thread like this.
They are just high school kids.
No need to compare or say who you think the best is.
These threads always turn into posters talking bad about a player, which is just ridiculous.

Did not mean it as hate thread they are both 2 of the best lbs in D6. It was mostly started because Fort Frye players state recognition has been terrible last 3-4 years. The entire point is Dylan had 150 tackles last year didn’t make 1st or 2nd team all state. Kids a baller. Sawyer Koons is nothing but a stud.

Remove this one or change the title at least.

Cade Roberts, Gallia Academy. Over 110 tackles, he dominates every week

Yeah I'd say changing the thread title would be the best way, "leading tacklers 2019". To say top leads to comparison of one player vs another and in high school that's simply not possible given the scheduling and team around said player. I'm hoping you were just looking for top tacklers from the LB position.

That's more of something to take up with the state rather than start a thread on here that's a discussion amongst fans, they're not going to get any state recognitions from this thread.

It comes down newspapers sending in ballots. Last year Marietta Times didn’t even turn one in.

I heard there is a Freshman starting linebacker, don’t remember what school. To start as a freshman I think of Big Kat from Columbus in his high school days. You don’t see it. Does anybody know who I’m talking about? His team is in the playoffs that’s where I was reading it on an article.

Probably freshman Jesse Grace for Garfield (D5), 6'0" 170 lb. . They were 9-1 and got beat by Garaway last week.

He did pretty good in the national "shotput" this past summer also:

Linebacker U

Sucks Evan was injured. 6 interceptions and 4 TD in only 5 1/2 weeks of LB

Mr. Parks was quite the LB as well but not in that position

Being the thread is still open, without a doubt Reid Carrico from Ironton.
