Le Moyne and Limestone both earned #1 seeds in the D2 men's lacrosse bracket that was announced earlier today. The championship provides for an 12-team tournament. Six teams from each of the two regions (North and South) are selected to participate in the men's lacrosse championship. Except for the championship game, all games will be played on the campus of one of the competing teams. First round competition is scheduled for Wednesday, May 8.

The eight remaining teams will play in the quarterfinals on Saturday, May 11. The winners of the quarterfinals will advance to the semifinals on Sunday, May 19. The championship game will be May 26 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

D1 men's lacrosse qualifiers and bracket has been released. The opening round game between Marist and UMBC will take place Wednesday, May 8 in Poughkeepsie, New York. The eight, first-round contests will be held the weekend of May 11-12. Penn State received the #1 overall seed and will play the winner of the opening round game in the first round. The quarterfinal games will then take place in Hempstead, New York and East Hartford, Connecticut. With the semifinals being played on May 25 and the championship on May 27 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The tournament field for D3 women's lacrosse was also announced on Sunday. Ten first-round games will be conducted Saturday, May 11 with the winners advancing to the second round. Sixteen second-round games will be conducted on Sunday, May 12 with the winners advancing to one of four regional sites Saturday and Sunday, May 18-19. Winners of the four regionals will advance to the semifinals and final, which take place Saturday and Sunday, May 25-26 at Day Field in Ashland, Virginia. Randolph-Macon College and Richmond Region Tourism will serve as hosts for the championship.

Mount Union and Denison both made the championship field from Ohio as conference champions.

The D2 softball tournament bracket has been released. Earlier today the qualifiers for regional play was announced. 64 total teams will make up the tournament, with 4 teams competing at each of the 16 regional sites in double-elimination tournaments, which will be played May 9-11. The winner of each regional will advance to the super regional (May 16-17) and then ultimately the championship bracket, which will be May 23-27 at the Regency Athletic Complex in Denver, Colorado, and hosted by the Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Qualifiers for the D3 softball championship field were announced earlier today, with the releasing of the regional brackets. The regional competition will feature a total of 62 teams. Regionals will consist of 4 teams competing at one of 14 different regional sites, and 3 teams competing at 2 other regional sites from May 10-12, with the winner of each regional advancing to the super regional, which will take place May 17-18. Eventually advancing to the championship bracket May 23-28 at Suddenlink Field in Tyler, Texas, to be hosted by the University of Texas at Tyler.

Otterbein has qualified for the field by way of winning the Ohio Athletic Conference.

Selections for the D3 men's tennis championship have been announced today. The 43 team field will play first, second and third round matches at regional sites either May 10-12 or May 9-11 (depending on the site). The winner of each regional will advance to the championship bracket which will be played May 20-22 at Stowe Stadium in Kalamazoo, Michigan, on the campus of Kalamazoo College.

Both Kenyon (NCAC) and John Carroll (OAC) qualified for the tournament by winning their respective conferences.

The teams and individuals qualifying for the D3 men's golf championship were announced today. The championships will be held May 14-17 at the Keene Trace Golf Club in Nicholasville, Kentucky, and Transylvania University will serve as the host. 42 teams and 6 individuals not on one of those teams have qualified for the championships. After the first 36 holes of competition, the field will be cut to the top 18 teams and the top 6 individuals not on one of those teams. Then, the champions will be determined after a total of 72 holes of play.

Wittenberg (NCAC) and Otterbein (OAC) have qualified for the national championships by winning their conference tournaments.

Finally, the teams and individuals that have qualified for the D3 women's golf national championship were announced today. The field will consist of 25 teams and 6 individuals not on one of those qualifying teams for the tournament. After 54 holes, the field will be cut to the top 15 teams and top 6 individuals not on one of those teams, then those teams will battle for the title on the final day. The championships will be May 14-17 at the Bay Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas, where the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and the Harris County-Houston Sports Commission will serve as co-hosts.

The team from Mount Union has qualified for the national championships from Ohio.

The women's D2 tennis brackets were released on Tuesday as well. 48 teams were selected by the committee, and will compete at regional campus sites in the prelim rounds from May 13-14. Winners of each regional will advance to the championship bracket which will be played May 22-25 at Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs, Florida where Rollins College will serve as hosts, along with the Greater Orlando Sports Commission.

Walsh is the only Ohio college to qualify for the tournament, they have received the #7 seed in the Midwest Region.

Regional play finished up today in D1 women's golf. The top 6 teams and top 3 individuals from each of the 4 regional sites have qualified for the national championship.

Auburn Regional:
Teams - Vanderbilt, Florida State, Duke, Virginia, Auburn, Tennessee
Individuals - Linette Holmslykke (Murray State), Virunpat Olankitkunchai (Maryland), Angelica Moresco (Alabama)

Cle Elum Regional:
Teams - USC, Washington, Northwestern, Arkansas, San Jose State, UCF
Individuals - Kathleen Scavo (Oregon), Aneka Seumanutafa (Ohio State), Ellie Slama (Oregon State)

East Lansing Regional:
Teams - Kent State, Arizona, UCLA, Stanford, Illinois, Indiana
Individuals - Haylin Harris (Michigan State), Mikayla Fitzpatrick (Xavier), Allyson Geer-Park (Michigan State)

Norman Regional:

The brackets for the super regionals for D2 softball have been released. The super regionals will be May 16-17 and include 16 teams. The winner of each of the super regional sites will advance to the national championship bracket. The championship will be May 23-27 at the Regency Athletic Complex in Denver, Colorado.

For the 7th time in program history and the 4th time in the last 6 years, Stanford has claimed the national title in women's water polo. Their path to the title included:

vs. Pacific - W 18-9
vs. UCLA - W 8-7
vs. USC - W 9-8

Oklahoma has received the #1 overall seed.

Teams from Big Ten: Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Northwestern, Ohio State, Wisconsin

The regional brackets for D2 baseball were released last night. There are 56 teams that qualified for the tournament, teams will compete at one of 16 regional sites May 16-18. Regional winners will advance to super regionals May 24-25. Winners will then advance to the championship bracket, which will be June 1-8 at the USA Baseball National Training Complex in Cary, North Carolina, hosted by the University of Mount Olive and the town of Cary, North Carolina.

Both Ashland and Tiffin made the tournament out of Ohio.

Regionals will consist of 16 regional sites, where teams will compete in double elimination from May 17-19. The winner of each regional will advance to a best-of-3 super regional, May 24-25. Winners of each super regional will advance to the D3 World Series, May 31-June 5 at Perfect Game Field at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Teams from Ohio to make the field include Baldwin Wallace, Case Western, Denison, Heidelberg, Otterbein and Wooster.

Qualifiers in D2 outdoor track and field (men's and women's) were released on Tuesday. A total of 754 participants (377 men and 377 women) were announced for the championships, which will be May 23-25 in Kingsville, Texas at Javelina Stadium. Texas A&M University-Kingsville will serve as the host for the event.

Championship selections for D3 rowing were released on Tuesday. The championships will be May 31-June 1 at the Indianapolis Rowing Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Indiana University and the Indiana Sports Corporation will serve as hosts. Two-time defending national champions, Bates, qualified by winning their conference title.
