Culture. Culture. Culture.

And culture is created by the Head Coach and HAS to be fully supported by staff, school administration, parents, and the community.

100% coaching. Hartley had the same kinds of players then as they do now from 1980-2008 with only one championship to show for it. That coach is in the high school coaches hall of fame.

What do you mean by that? Most people are saying it's coaching, but you disagree. I'm interested to hear what you mean.

All I'm saying is, in the hierarchy of program success, good coaching, in my opinion, is not at the top. Again, it is not negligible, but not the greatest determining factor of overall success. Does a coach have to be very competent, absolutely yes.
