I would think if past is prologue that they would be competitive in Football and both Basketballs immediately.
They might not want to face Athens, NY, Meigs, and the others on a regular basis in football and the drive to VC, Wellston, and RV wouldn't be fun in the Winter and Spring.
If the league folds up on them they may not have a choice.
Fort Frye is same size as Belpre and Federal Hocking who are in the Hocking. Fort girls are D4 in most sports.

Even if warren and Marietta didn’t join, this could be worked out somehow. 3 division TVC needs to happen.
It takes less time and better travel for Marietta to go to New Philly and Dover than to Gallia and Jackson.

Fort should get in the Ohio and then move to the Hocking when the Ohio adds Gallia or Warren

Enrollment has nothing to do with it.
The TVC Hocking isn't going to add a power in football and basketball.
They would immediately become one of the top teams in football.
Trimble would match up next year but no one else except maybe Belpre.
Waterford won two TVC Hocking football titles while losing both years to Fort Frye.
If you are in the lower part of the league....why do you trade a winnable non-league game for a beat down?
See what Federal did this year when faced with FF.
