Love me some ham , always fry some for breakfast the next day, always put some back for white beans at a later date. Just can't go wrong with a ham

I'm going to head out to the Texas Roadhouse and have a steak. Ceasar salad and applesauce. They have a nice 8 oz. sirloin on sale on Wednesdays. Medium, yummy !

My appetite is under control. Steak, salad and applesauce is a balanced meal. Too much red meat is bad for you. Half pound is actually 4 oz. more than you need, nutritionally.
