Teays Valley has a pretty talented freshman class coming up, so if they can keep them together I expect them to shoot up the standings.

Liberty Union and Amanda both lose a ton. Logan Elm should be better with getting Jill Congrove back from an ACL injury. She's a talented PG.

Circleville took some losses to graduation, but they have a solid eighth-grader coming up and will typically play good defense which will keep them in games.

Fairfield Union returns most of its team and should be a contender. Not sure about Carroll, but they had a winning season this past year. Hammy will be at the bottom.

Fairfield Union will have a new coach, so hopefully that helps get the program trending back to where it was.

FU hired Jamie Puryear......not sure of spelling. Only thing I know is he is a long time AAU coach. Have heard nothing but good things so far. Heard he is a fundamentals and disciplinarian coach, which is exactly what they need.
