Should be a three team race. Eastern, Fairfield , and Peebles return most of their teams. Fayetteville lost alot but should still be competitive.

Fairfield, Peebles, Eastern, and Manchester will be strong this coming year with there pitching.

IMO Manchester was the most improved team in the SHAC last year. They got better all year long.

Manchester has a solid coach and a good young nucleus of talent. Should be fun to watch over the next few years.

Any scores / games played yet ?

Whiteoak was scheduled to play Felicity yesterday, any updates ?

We, Manchester, have had a few scrimmages already. Not sure how much weight I put into scrimmage scores, but I will say we haven't played close to what I expect from us. We scrimmaged Clay yesterday and they got us pretty good, final being 12-2 I believe. We struggled in the circle and in the field. Against excellent teams like Clay you can't give extra outs, give away outs and give free passes. They took full advantage of our miscues. But our expectations are high this year and the years to come.

As for our league, Peebles and Fairfield set the bar. Two well coached teams with excellent pitching. They've been well coached from the little league level all the way up. They will both be difficult to beat. Eastern is another good squad that is well coached. Should be a fun year.
