PV has strong pitcher.

Unioto young but, very talented throughout.

Westfall will be solid.

Those three will fight it out.

Not sure how deep Piketon is.

Huntington, Adena, ZT, and Southeastern

Rumour is southeastern has all there athletes going out and a lot of them played from 10u-12u and had 3 undefeated seasons but not playing for 3 or 4 years will hurt

Unioto over Waverly in Scrimmage. 9-6

Waverly was up 5-1 after 2 innings when Burton pitched. The Ball state pitcher wasn't eligible to pitch in the scrimmage, and McKee could not be their last night. When unioto faced the 5th string Waverly pitcher the last 5 innings she walked about 10 girls and hit 2. She had a tough night on the mound, and that's where 8 of the runs came from. Not trying to take anything away from Unioto, they have a fine program but let's keep it real. I wasn't aware that anyone could win a scrimmage. A scrimmage is practice to learn and try things. If Burton would have pitched the entire game it wouldn't have been close.

Waverly was up 3-1 going into the 4th inning. it was 3-2 after the 4th (Burton Pitched 4 innings) Tied at 3-3 in the bottom of 5th, 6-6 after 6th, 9-6 after 7th.

5th string...they have that many pitchers?

Nothing in any of my post was opinion based.

All the girls on both teams first night out in 2017 on a cold night did fine (this last line is an opinion)

Can't ever count Unioto out, their coaching staff always comes prepared. Can't ever count out Piketon either with the Alexander girl on the mound, and the talent they have. JMO, Alexander will most likely finish as one of the top 2 pitchers in the conference. Alexander, Smith, and Cooper should all have a big year for the Streaks this year!
