I felt going in Paint Valley might be the most dangerous team no one is talking about. They have two really nice pitchers and can flat out hit it. Obvoiusly Wheelersburg will be as they always are...a very tough all around good baseball team. This is a game I would love to watch. Good luck to both teams.

Wheelersburg has lost to a couple SVC teams this year. Paint Valley only went 5-9 in the league, but lost a bunch of close games. They are capable of winning this game with Blanton or Mettler on the mound.

Will the Carter kid get the ball for Burg or will they save him for Westfall?

In a win or go home scenario, you should not save someone for the next game because you may not have a next game.

Only way I don’t throw my best is if it’s a team you know you can beat first 2 games in sectional without your best pitcher. but this late in the tournament you just have to pitch like there is no tomorrow.

Looking forward to this match-up. Paint Valley beat Adena who just beat Wheelersburg last week. This game is a toss-up IMO

Don't take Paint Valley lightly. Two good pitchers and a tough catcher. They will give Burg all they want.

I agree with the above, this will be a tough game. Burg is used to these kind of games and post-season play, but this year does have a little bit different feel to it. PV appears solid, but I like our chances so calling it 7-2 Burg.
