Waterford vs. Newark Catholic

Waterford first ever appearance in regionals in school history. Also won their first ever TVC championship. How do these teams match up?

Waterford will be a huge underdog but it's baseball. Newark Catholic is the defending state champ but their regional semi final game went 9 innings and regional finals went 10 innings last year

If Waterford was to win, they would have a chance to be the 5th sports team this from Waterford to make it to state

Be the 5th team this calendar year. I don't think eastern has made it to state 6 times this year.

I don't think any school in the area has sent that many teams to the state tour. In one cal. Year. Golf boys and girls , girls volleyball and basketball state champs.
