Not a ranking (don't believe in ranking players) just some 2022's that are worth watching and seeing how they impact their teams in their sophomore year.

Allison Basye Huntington Ross is Top 2022 in the area (picked up 2 D1 offers recently and a lot of D1 interest)
Teagan Bartoe Vinton County can shoot the ball with range, gotten better at attacking the rim and finishing, also defends really well
Alaina Keeney Wheelersburg long, can shoot the ball, very versatile. Doesn't need to score to help her team
TORRIE UTTER GEORGETOWN HS PG that can play, does a lot of things for her team
MAKENZIE HURD NELSONVILLE YORK really like this kids game. Can play
MALLORY HAWLEY MEIGS Long athletic forward, has some versatility to her game.
OLVIA CRAWFORD FAYETTEVILLE Scorer, transition player, gets to the line
EMMA FOUCH FAIRFIELD Probably one of the best Shooters in the area, has developed nice ability to get to a midrange shot and make it
MARLEE GRINSTEAD ALEXANDER A long PG, gets a lot of steals with her reach and finishes at the rim well. Sees the floor really well and can pass
KARA MEEKS ALEXANDER Fundamentally sound, good footwork, nice moves in the lane and finishes, hits the 15'-16'
JAYDEN SMITH ADENA this year should get to play her natural position of 3, use her size and ability to get to the rim.
MACKENZIE GLOFF EASTERN BROWN big body forward, strong and rebounds the ball well, Eastern will need her to dominate the boards
AVERY MILLER UNIOTO hard worker, does several things well that helps her team
MARISSA MULLINS WESTFALL Under the radar but this young lady is long and can play
BRI CLAXON SOUTH WEBSTER quick, gets after it, good scorer who will have to score more for Webster this year
FAITH MALONEY SOUTH WEBSTER long and athletic, looked good at SSU Team Camp
KALEIGH MURPHY COAL GROVE nice size and frame. Plays inside or out, needs to be more offensive minded IMO
JESSICA KING FAIRLAND Versatile Post that will help Fairland, specially if she plays more physical
BROOKE HOWARD OAK HILL a PG who understands the game well, can finish in the lane over bigger defenders
Abby Hicks Coal Grove gets her hands on a lot of 50/50 balls. plays hard, can score the ball, will help CG even more this year
BLAKE ANDERSON CHESAPEAKE
KASEY KIMBLER GREEN Can Score the Ball.
NIA TRINIDAD PORTSMOUTH can shoot the ball, playing with the WV Thunder at High level will make her a lot better, seen improvement
at SSU Team Camp

just a few to put out there to watch rest of June and into the Season.
