Remember last year ironton st. Joe was ranked in the top ten in div 4. So it means nothing. Good luck lady tigers. Show the AP why there poll is clueless. Check out maxpreps rankings.

Maxpreps is clueless too. They have teams in the wrong divisions. Your SOS is fouled if the teams you play do not report their record, etc. Lady Tigers, the bottom line is your winning. It tournament time! Keep on winning! Make some noise in Columbus! That's all that really counts. Good luck during your tournament run!

Very puzzling them not being present in the top 10 based on recent success alone. But the real head scratcher is that Lynchburg being #2 with Ironton not on there is the real trouble

What puzzles me is the Tribune has an AP vote, why do they not have Ironton #1, that alone would get them top 10 based on others would vote them. But clearly Ironton is not even voting

Just a popularity contest . the softball polls are even less realistic .

If you go back to other polls you can see Ironton has gotten 1 first place vote from the Tribune, but 1 vote wont get you into the top 10 when all the other papers are voting for teams near them.

When the smoke cleans we will see where the Tigers stand.

AP Poll is a joke anyone that has watched Ironton knows how good they are.

could not believe the lady tigers beat Portsmouth 84-11. I'm told the lady Trojans had 2 fg, and 7 free throws. I thought it was a joke till I found out it wasn't== they are awesome.
