My Portsmouth Trojans are a quiet 7-3 after a 55-46 win at Ironton. Coach Collins and his staff are doing a tremendous job with this group of Trojans.

Trojan Dave...Could u send me the Trojans 2016-17 season scores. I have them 6-3 overall and 3-3 in OVL play. I must have missed a makeup game or something. Thanks, Jottings. Hope weather is good Friday. I sure miss the trip to PHS and the Ribber.

Thanks, LetsGoPSU, for the scores......the three that you didn't have are: Hilliard, FL 65, Portsmouth 60, Portsmouth 70, McKeel Academy 58, and Portsmouth 56, South Point 46

Jottings1993: The Trojans are 7-3(3-2 OVC) coming into tonight's game with Gallia Academy. For any future scores, go to http://www.trojanhoops.org and there is a blog with the 2016-2017 scores. It is on the first page of the website.

Anxious to see how much VC drops.. Rivalry or not, Alexander is the 30th ranked team for a reason. I watched Oak Hill absolutely obliterate Alexander (18-3 at end of 1st Quarter), so that's definitely a good boost for Oak Hill.

Athens might get them tonight after Jackson pushed them last night.

Guessing his next week's rankings:

1. Fairland
2. Fairfield Union
3. Vinton County
4. Miami Trace
5. Warren Local
6. Unioto
7. Waterford
8. Oak Hill

I would switch Warren and Trace...and OH/Waterford

I have little doubt Chillicothe is a top 8 team

Agree...but pfloyd really likes MT

Warren wasn't greatly impressive at Jackson....but I'd definitely have them at 4

It's really hard to tell.. We can all agree that 1-8 at Northwest is so unbelievably tight, that any certain night we could argue any team is the best.

Fairfield is solid, and deep. Fairfield could beat any team in the NW Sectional. Fairfield could also lose to any team seeded 1-8 in the NW Sectional.. it's really hard to gauge who's where!

Agree completely....but more people will agree 2-3 games later since I took that stance

Wished we could see match ups based on the poll.

Waterford vs. Oak Hill would be a good game.
