I knew my Indians were going to be hit hard by graduation, but I had no idea they were going to be kicked out of the SE District. Tough one.

U got Wheelersburg bout 25 spots too low. SOC II runs through burg this year with Holden gonna be best player in SE Ohio.

Being a Portsmiuth fan and having seen South Point on more than one occasion, I feel it is safe to say they will rise in the standings. SP returns a very nice point guard.

I Couldn't figure that one out either Crab's Brother. I had to look through the list several times to make sure I didn't miss em.

Great to see some rankings and now some discussions. Alot goes into a team moving up and down durring the season. Preseason rankings by Pfloyd i'm sure goes on a few things that are observed from last season . The tell tale sign will be how players and teams mature over the summer ,coaching , transfers and schedule. All the fun starts after football season for BB FANS . GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

You're telling me the 'burg - minus one from last season - should be at #9 ???????? ... I had them originally at number 18 but when they lost Lotsheich (6-6) I dropped them down the rankings ...

... I've read that some fb athletes are going to hit the hardwood which is always good thing when you can put athletes out there ... looking forward to seeing the Pirates this coming season - but #9 ? in the preseason - nope ...

The rankings are for discussion purposes - especially the preseason rankings - I NEED SOME PLACE TO START ... I look at returning players from the previous season as a BIG indicator of where I start the teams in the preseason ... the biggest jumps UP and DOWN the rankings happen in the first 2-3 weeks - I will have seen many teams by then, many of the hoops fans will have put their 2 cents in on what THEY have seen in the first 2-3 weeks ... so I'm saying that once your get past the top 25-30 teams in the PRESEASON rankings it goes a lot by where teams finished the previous season ... the SOC should be happy this season as those smaller schools are ranked in the top 20 initially for the first time that I can remember with a legitimate shot at getting into the top 8 which is almost unheard of for the D4 teams ...

It's going to be fun to watch this year !!!

First time I'd ever seen pfloyd bring out the death penalty for someone below the Lancaster-Dixon line.

Like the rankings, for the most part. I'd switch Athens and Waterford.

I'm happy Athens is above Logan
