I might be wrong but wasn't a Wilson from Pomeroy played baseball and a player from Eastern of Meigs played football Maybe someone can remember

Yes, Billy Wilson went to Pomeroy high school and Marshall. (Pitched all levels of minors for Phillies and five yr MLB for them, 1960's to early 70's)
