Poor coaching lost this game.

You don't have a clue! Good coaching is the only reason it was a 2 point game! HH is 2 time defending champ in WV playing with veteran players while Tigers played freshman major minutes. Tigers not as deep and playing without Large who was hurt. Amazing job by boys keeping this close and Coach Lafon doing an awesome job teaching this squad! It will pay dividends later in the season. Keep up the good work boys! Mental toughness growing game by game.

Agree
HH was far better athletically and more offensive threats. The stall at the end I think was smart. You have a coach that knows his team. They were gassed and Bryant in foul trouble. His best chance was to wait it out cause a turnover and have a chance for the win.
If they played all out last 2:30 of game they probably lose by 10+ and if they happen to get to overtime they would've been in trouble. Physical play and patience and great play from 6 players and coaching staff almost pulled off the win.

wow, that sounds like an awesome effort by the fighting tigers who sound very young. which is a great thing if they are that competitive as frosh. and without a key player. of course I did not see it. but it sounds like it was a thriller.

Was a great game bait. they had a great game Monday and in my opinion an even better game Tues even though they lost by 2.
