I think the eagles have played great D just held a very good valley team to 41 points. #23 clay martin and #22 ethan leist have got to lead this team both are good players and need to look to score more to match the offense clay has should be a great game in the soc 1 but go eagles.

How do you get we've been lacking on D? I think the defense has been pretty solid. I think we just gotta start knocking down some shots when the game is one the line. Valleys 2-3 zone really slowed us down the other night in the 4th.

Ya no way has Eastern's defense been slacking, with the exception of the 3rd quarter at wellston, the Eagles defense has been really tough , holding valley to 41 is really good , and valley had 20 at the end of the 1st quarter , so they gave up 21 points to valley over the last 3 quarters, not too bad , but the defense with definitely have to b good Friday for eastern to pull out a win at clay , i am confident coach barrick will have the boys prepared. I'm going eagles 54 panthers 52 ... Go eagles

The valley game I was impressed with the D and 2ND half against oak hill the wellston game was horrible we should have beat them by 20 if not more

Great win for the eagles , big congrats to all the eagle players , clay Martin with a huge game tonight 21 and 10 , he really stepped up , and Ethan leist another great game , was aggressive all night taking the ball to the hole and hitting some really big shots when they needed , And how about the freshman Evan leist , hitting the 2 big free throws , with about 23 seconds to put the eagles up 3 , he handles the ball so well and plays outstanding defense , hard to believe he is just a freshman .also Tyler hale played really strong inside and had some key rebounds and hit some tough shots, Ben Hesson does all the little things that doesn't get noticed a key rebound or a steal , just a great all around game for coach barrick and the young eagles, barrick is such a great coach , just an incredible passion for the game , and an intensity level unmatched . Great future ahead for eastern .... Go eagles!!!!

This team played so well tonight. It was a big improvement from Tuesday. They played more team basketball and alot less of the one on one game. If they continue to play as a team. They'll be a very difficult team to beat.
