Can anyone tell me some info on this? I saw some posts from them on some social media outlets. Are they legit? .

A guy named Ted Pennington runs it. They been around for a while now but he has showcased girls basketball only. This year he's showcasing boys basketball and Cox is the first to help him promote it. Over the summer they had a showcase in Portsmouth with college scouts attending. You will see a lot of post/tweets from them throughout the year talking about the talent in SEO. It's a great thing he is doing.
