Might be too late for VC. If we get what we want VC will be competing against Athens, Warren, Logan, Jackson and Marietta for league championships as soon as next year. So, Combs better win it this year.
This is what I have been dreaming for all along.

Coach Combs will Be in the mix . The Tvc will remain as one of the strongest conferences in southern Ohio. Vinton county has one of the best youth programs in the state . Coach Combs and vinton county youth director does a wonderful job. Combs has a system and the system works. Vc will probably win this year even though Alaxander should be the favorites. Alaxander has the talent lack the coach vc lacking the talent but has the coach...

Will that change when Warren comes into the TVC?

The TVC Ohio needs to add 1 or 2 more schools--would not mind Warren--and or Logan(not sure Logan would join). But need some new blood--then might be able to move river valley to the hocking? Thoughts????

If you dropped RV to the Hocking, giving the Ohio an even 6 teams, you could go out & schedule more non league games that fits the talent in your program at that time.

Freedom & flexibility are both friends of head coaches.

Why drop RV to the Hocking? Aren't they more comparable in size to Alex, Wellston, Meigs? NY (other than football) would be the team that should go to Hocking wouldn't it?

Alaxander has the talent but Vinton County has the coach.. someone at Alex please tell the coach to give the ball to the big man. It drives me crazy to watch them and not using a 6’10 kid in southeast Ohio!!! Simple plan get the ball to terry and have coaches son get the assist .

I don't know anyone who would go through the trouble of building a new house just to play for another coach lol

Wellston, Vinton County, Meigs, and River Valley won’t vote for Marietta

I sure as heck don’t want to be forced to travel 1:30 minutes for a conference game. And that’s just from the high school. The kids that live in the western half of VC would be pushing 2+ hours. That’s just not an ideal setup.
