VisionQuest wrote: Sat Feb 09, 2019 12:57 pm Someone explain to me this voting process please. So do you coaches vote on who they think each seed should be and all the votes are tallied and those with most votes for that seed get that seed?
I think it’s each coach seeds 1-10....1 seed worth 10 points, 2 seed worth 9, 3 seed worth 8 and so on (maybe a 12-10-8,7,6,5...

Add em all up from each coach.

I’ll guess some coaches have them in before the Friday game and then don’t edit regardless of outcomes.

... should be : bring your argument for & against to the Ponderosa in Jackson, meet face to face, have 93bulldog do the pre/post meeting interviews , seed the teams based on more than the records ...THEN 93bulldog delivers the seeding to the masses ... THAT'S how it should be done ...

Ok wasn’t positive. They began the online stuff about 6 years ago with cross country and it had a lot of issues and a few years later basketball and others do it. The one we did was able to edit

Haha I did wait outside the rooms in Jackson cafeteria for the coaches to come out. Good times

Lesson learned

Btw the other side will vote Jackson over Waverly. Waverly beat Jackson. If no upsets, Athens gets a rematch with Waverly at the convo

After their loss to TV, did Sheridan still win the MVL?

I THOUGHT Sheridan NEEDED to beat John Glenn in the Sheridan home game in order for Sheridan to get a TIE with John Glenn ... but with the Sheridan loss to Tri Valley I THINK Sheridan NEEDS JG to lose and Sheridan to beat JG on the 19th at Sheridan just to get a TIE with JG ... Sheridan COULD finish in 3rd place IF they lose to JG - I THINK ... ( JG still has to play TV)

Sheridan needs help to win mvl now. The voting is closed PFloyd you can stop looking for worst case scenarios for Sheridan.

Sheridan should be the top seed. Nothing to worry about there.

This sectional all comes down to Athens and who they want to play 1st in Tournament because they could end up playing Vinton County again

Athens should want the 2 seed to avoid playing Vinton County
