Washington CH isn't listed under the SEO standings anywhere. They're in the FAC standings but for SEO Standings they aren't anywhere on the list.

They are in there just not bunched with the SEO schools (wished they were actually SEO for basketball playoffs) . just click PVC and a team you want to see.
