Swackhammer isn't that close right now, but is on pace to get there before the tournament if he keeps his current average up. He's also on pace to break the Unioto Assist record, that one could come sooner.
I'd Love to see Swackhammer get to 1000 and break that assist record! Keep us posted on both of those if possible

Fairland @ home vs South Point tonight. Very good chance that Thomas (8pts) & Howell (11pts) both eclipse 1000 pt mark.

Arey (Peebles) Dec-19
Carroll (Oak Hill) Jan-02

Following Dec-29 vs Myrtle Beach (SC)
  • Thomas (Fairland) 8pts to 1000
    Howell (Fairland) 11pts to 1000; 500reb Dec-9
    Van Horn (Fairland) 107pts to 1000; 500reb Dec-21
Fairland's next game is Jan-05 @ home vs South Point. Very good chance that Thomas & Howell both eclipse 1000 pt mark in that game.
Others?

... great job tracking this accomplishment Tri-StateYouthSports ... a great moment for these young men in reaching the 1000 pt. Club - they desire and have earned the accolades that come with this moment in their career ...

Might want to add that Dylan Swingle of Paint Valley went over 1,000 rebounds for his career against Piketon this past Monday. I think it's more impressive than scoring 1,000 points, even if you are 6'11!

Correct! They stopped the game tonight for the accomplishment.
First play of 2nd half, he hit one from about 25 ft. Quite fitting for the young man, he’s an excellent shooter, with seemingly infinite range. Big congratulations!

Add Tayshaun Fox of South Point to the list. He surpassed it last night in the loss to Rock Hill. Only a Junior, has a real shot at breaking the school record if he continues pace he’s on.

Senior Seattle Compston of Miller hit his 1,000 last night in a win over South Gallia. He’ll most likely get his 500th rebound in a game or two as well.
