The Warriors will reload but will miss the bulk of their line up . Mattox will have a work in progress but they will be better year end . One thing for sure they will not win or share the SEOAL but they might win their new league .

They are losing a lot. 6 seniors, 4 who were starters. Only 2 juniors back that saw a lot of varsity time, with Huffman being the only starter returning. Jared Hall the only other Junior with a lot of varsity experience and a third junior Thomas Williams with some size.. Have a few good sophomores who saw some varsity time, in Noah Nichols and Garrett Miller. There should be some JV's moving up and had a couple freshmen that played quite a bit of JV ball. They will be green to start the season but by tournament time should have it together. Have a good group of 8th graders coming up so the future is bright.

IMO, this is going to be an early season struggle, maybe one of the weakest Warrior teams in the last 8-10 years

I really hope this isn’t accurate. Josh Huffman has really improved and expanded his game. No longer just a bully in the paint, his hard work this summer wil pay huge dividends during the season. At 6’5” being able to step outside and knock dowm shots will create mismatches.
Jared Hall will be a nice player for Maddox’s Warriors. A great on the ball defender, Hall is a solid player that will be a leader on this Warrior squad.
I look for freshman Seth Dennis (brother of 2017 Warren grad Kyler Dennis) to get major minuets and contribute nightly to the Warrior hardwood effort. Dennis a coaches kid is a gym rate. Some kids can step in day one and Dennis is one of those kids. He has the moxey. He has the talent
Don’t underestimate the BIG BAD BLUE. In 2013 after they lost by 19 to Upper Arlington at The BanJo all they did was real off 24 strait wins on the way to a trip to the Final 4. Maddox will do what he always does. Get his team better. That you can count on.

I️ think they will be ok in the long run, but I️ do believe they will struggle some early.

Any time you have inexperience on the varsity side it takes time for the youngin's to figure-out their roles - especially on the offensive end of the court ... Coach Maddox, Coaches Colegrove , Hoffman & Mitchell will get them pointed in the right direction offensively ... of course they will lean on the size/experience of Josh Huffman ... look for Jared Hall to be a calming influence on the youngsters while the Warriors look for the scorers ... inside help has to come from 6-6 Thomas Williams - this young man has to not only look to board but has to be another inside scorer not just a rebounder ... Warren will be fine ! the tradition of the BBB lives on - just look at the names from the past that are dotting the lineup - Knost (Bryce), Gandee (Brett), Dennis (Seth) , Venham (Gabe) ... ALL of these "kids" KNOW what is means to put on the BBB uniform and BE a Warrior for Coach Maddox ...
