TVC vs SVC. Rematch of last years district semi (VC upset The U)

Saturday 12:00. #6 South Webster vs #1 Portsmouth Clay

SOC2 vs SOC1. Rematch from earlier this season (Clay won by 7)

Saturday 2:00. #1 Waterford vs #2 Eastern Pike

TVC vs SOC1.

Saturday 4:00. #1 Miami Trace vs #2 Fairfield Union

SCOL vs Mid State. Rematch of District Semi from last year (FU won by 6)

Saturday 6:00. #1 Fairland vs #6 South Point

OVC vs OVC. Fairland won both matchups this year

Saturday 8:00. #2 Oak Hill vs #9 Southeastern.

SOC2 vs SVC. Only game without a #1 seed (SE beat #1 Lynchburg in Sectional Finals)

I think there is only 1 conference absent from the District Finals and that's the SHAC or SHL. Down year for them and very uncommon.

Several of us were talking Sunday of when was the last time a SHAC/SHL team wasn't in the D-III Districts...little bit of a down year for the boys. The Girls side of the SHAC made up for it. 3 of the 6 D-III District Finalists were SHAC teams and the regional final is a SHAC matchup between Lynchburg and Eastern Brown.

Good that the OVC will be represented in the D3 regionals. I'm coming on Saturday so I hope that the Pointers and Dragons have a competitive game. The D4 district finals look very intriguing. Should be a good day of basketball. The good thing about moving the D2 district final to 4:00 Saturday is that we have to pay for only 1 ticket.
