If Webster gets past whiteoak, which they should. I think the Peebles game will be fantastic.

Whiteoak game will be better than people think, they've been playing better lately. Peebles and Webster would be a terrific matchup to watch.

South Webster also has 4 players averaging double figures, so Peebles would struggle to stop all their kids as well.

Nonetheless, I'm quite sure South Webster kids and staff are focused on the regular season for now, and then a deceivingly tough matchup against Whiteoak!

Whiteoak should have their 6'8 foreign exchange junior available. He's been unable to play all season but should've a go for the tournament. I look for Whiteoak to give South Webster all they can handle. They can't let Zimmerman get too comfortable.

bbjunky81 why do you get so defensive every time talks about your jeeps. It's just an observation.

South Webster looked really good vs. Portsmouth last night, while I saw Peebles win convincingly vs. East at the Dave Young Classic. If the Jeeps play at the level they did vs. my Trojans, they will really be a tough out for anyone.

I don't see anything defensive in my post, simply added to the thread.

Sorry you had a bad day.

Didn't have a bad day. All I said was I didn't think SW could stop Gordley but if Webster guards like they did against Portsmouth, it'll be a great game.

I also think it will be a good game! I was just saying, it'll be interesting to see how Peebles stops SW's 3 guards, and it'll also be interesting to see how South Webster stops the Gordley kid!

Most importantly, Jeeps have a big test tonight @ Oak Hill.

Who are their three guards your referring to? Only kids that stood out to me was their center, (the younger Blevins) and their shooting guard Zimmerman. All the others seemed to be role players to them

Good call...Webster only has 2 standouts and a bunch of "role players." Peebles by 20+.*

You can ask Portsmouth about the other two guards

Whiteoak and South Webster both playing well right now. Expect Webster to pull away at end and win by 10. However and but, two words used a lot on this topic, not be surprised if the lower seed made it closer or even win. Should be the start of some exciting basketball at this sectional.

Bump!

1 day away from South Webster vs. Whiteoak.. forum has seemed quiet lately.... any more predictions?

I'll go with

South Webster 62
Whiteoak 38

Wouldn't shock me a bit though for Whiteoak to really make this a game! I haven't seen them, but they seem to be playing good ball lately!
