Fu did not play that bad at Logan . They are a very good team and should do well in the tourney . Give Logan a little credit in the out come because they played well and they executed their game plan . That may have been the case at Alex . On a given night an average team can give a really good team fits . Such things as shooting 70% , where the game is played , injuries, health issues ( everyone dealing with Flu ) changing defenses and momentum stoppers can affect the score. That's why you see upsets . I think VC and FU would be a very good game and hoping to see it in Feb. High school sports are the best and I enjoy the discussions on SEOP. Thanks all and good luck to your teams.

It is ok all will work out in the end.. I think the butt kicking they took at hands of fairland was very good for them.. They have been much more intense since then.. They still have a chance to avenge each lost they have had.

VC is tough to beat! Great group of kids. Seems though whenever my dogs play them they shoot 60% plus from the field and usually when we are playing them at our house, go figure. Sounds like they were on the other end of that Friday night at Alex

GO Dogs! #20 biggest fan and pretty fond of the Coach too

However teams shooting the higher percentages don't always get the win

For example:
Ken Doll is 7 for 10 from behind the arc...21 points and 70%
Barbie is 10 for 20 behind the arc....30 points at 50%

Barbie wins by 9 points and shot 20% less....LOL

I meant no disrespect to Logan as I mentioned I thought they played their best game of the year. I think they are a really solid team, but FU played horrible defensively and Logan took them out of the game on offense. That is playing bad to me. But again I think Logan has a good team and I think next year they are going to be really tough.

Either Ken is very turnover prone or Barbie is an offensive rebounding machine

Offensive rebounds can definitely skew the percentages...lol

... I have fixed that mistake TVC ... Eastern went 0-2 for the week that was ... sometimes teams get banished when they don't come through with the usual "2 packs of Twizzlers" LOL ... sorry about my mistake ...

Go Cavs

... I'm a fan of what Coach Huffer & staff are doing in Chillicothe ... I've had the pleasure to the Cavs 3 games this season - when I go I watch all 3 contests each night from the freshmen , jv to the varsity ... I can see the "program" developing ... I really like that JV group and the job the JV coach - Connor Scott is doing with that group - I smile through the entire JV game - those kids truly love to play the game ! the varsity sit behind the bench encouraging the jv & freshmen teams ... good things are happening at the Hatton Gym in 2016-17 !

I totally agree. Huffers team change night and day by November to the sectionals. It's truly a credit to his devotion and mentoring of these kids, they really buy in. Things are looking bright again in Chilli. As you said the JV team is NICE and they are led by two freshmen. I am thrilled they are back in the top 8!

Not sold on chili being in top 8 with 8&6 record ,barely above 500 ,any team can play s tough schedule and lose hslf their games, other then that the list looks great

I feel like any team can beat anyone in any given night but are you saying they ate good enough tobeat fairland,Athens, waterford,on a regular basis I know fairland is ranked at one but the other two are below them.
Not looking for an argument because I have not seen chili ,but have seen the other three I mentioned and they are very good

Chillicothe have VC everything they wanted and more, I'm sure VC doesn't want anything to do with them in the tournament.

Chillicothe would keep it close/respectable with Fairland

Chillicothe is better than Athens

Chillicothe beats Waterford 9 out of 10 times.
